Cruise Policy

  • Embarkation & timing: Check-in at the Catherine lounge (Lot 42, Tuan Chau) typically 11:30–12:00; tender transfer follows. Disembark late morning on the final day. Exact times vary by date, weather, and port orders.

  • Documents: Valid passport/ID required for overnight registration by the port authority.

  • Program changes: Itineraries/activities may adjust for weather, tides, or maritime directives; all activities are optional.

  • Children & extra beds: Child surcharges and extra-bed/crib availability depend on suite type; please advise ages at booking.

  • Dietaries & celebrations: Inform in advance for vegetarian/vegan menus or special setups (anniversaries, birthdays, proposals).

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Secured after itinerary acceptance and 30–50% deposit.

  • Payments: Balance due ≥7 days before cruise; card fees waived when paying directly with us.

  • Cancellations: Supplier penalties may apply. If the operator cancels due to force majeure, refunds are full (pre-departure) or partial (in-progress).

  • Changes: If a confirmed service is unavailable, we’ll offer an equal-value alternative or new date; if neither works, the deposit for that service is refunded.

  • Cabins: Allocation per availability; special requests noted but not guaranteed.
