Your tour confirmation will be sent once you complete the booking process, including accepting our proposed itinerary and making the deposit payment.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour confirmation in the following cases:
- If customer behavior, actions, or manners cause offense to our company, our partners, or other guests.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or outbreaks, affecting the area you intend to visit.
- If any of these situations arise, we will promptly contact you to provide further details.
2. Payment Process
To ensure mutual obligations are met, the following payment conditions apply:
* Credit Card Fees: We waive all credit card fees for payments made through us, including both deposits and final payments. However, customers may be responsible for credit card fees when using other services not booked through us.
* Deposit: A deposit of 30-50% of the total tour cost is required. This percentage may vary based on the specific tour. The deposit can be paid via online payment or bank transfer. You will receive tour confirmation within 24 hours after the payment is completed.
* Final Payment: The full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to your arrival in Vietnam.
3. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation fees are determined by local suppliers, such as cruise operators and other contractors, who apply their own policies. Specific cancellation and refund policies are detailed for each individual tour.
* Cancellation by the cruise due to force majeure situations (such as government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.) will result in a refund based on the circumstances. If the tour has not started yet, a full refund will be issued. If the tour is ongoing, a partial refund will be provided.
* No refunds or exchanges will be offered if the customer opts out after the tour has begun. If any services are unused, no compensation will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
4. Alternatives
While we make every effort to reserve all services as confirmed, we reserve the right to offer alternative services of equal value if the originally booked services are unavailable. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. If we cannot provide the confirmed services, we will offer an alternative departure date or service, subject to availability. If neither option is acceptable, your deposit will be refunded.
5. Hotel Room / Cruise Cabin Arrangement
All room/cabin arrangements are subject to the hotel or cruise operator’s availability and discretion. We are not responsible for any specific requests regarding cabin arrangements. If you have any special requests (e.g., cabins on the same level, adjacent cabins, non-smoking), please inform us at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update information at any time without prior notice.
