Cruise Policy

  • Embarkation & timing: Meet at the Heritage Line Lounge, Tuan Chau Marina, late morning; speedboat transfer to the vessel; disembark late morning on Day 3. Exact times vary by date and conditions.

  • Documents: Valid passport/ID required for overnight registration.

  • Program changes: Itinerary, timings, and activities may adjust due to weather, tides, or port directives; all activities are optional.

  • Dietaries & special requests: Advise at booking (vegetarian/vegan menus, private dining, wellness preferences).

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Secured after itinerary acceptance and 30–50% deposit.

  • Payments: Balance due ≥7 days before cruise; card fees waived when paying directly with us.

  • Cancellations: Supplier penalties may apply. If the operator cancels due to force majeure, refunds are full (pre-departure) or partial (in-progress).

  • Changes: If a confirmed service is unavailable, we’ll offer an equal-value alternative or new date; if neither works, the deposit for that service is refunded.
