Cruise Policy

  • Embarkation/Disembarkation: The vessel is available for embarkation ~2 hours before scheduled sailing; cabins typically vacated ~2 hours after arrival on the final day. Exact timing per final documents. 

  • Documents: Valid passport/ID required for boarding.

  • Children & occupancy: Typical cabin fits 2 adults + 1 child/infant

    • 0 - 4 yrs share existing bedding (baby cot surcharge may apply)

    • 5 - 10 yrs surcharged with extra bed

    • ≥11 yrs charged as adult.

    • Requests depend on cabin type and availability. 

  • Program changes: Itineraries/activities may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather, tides, or port directives; all activities are optional.

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Secured after itinerary acceptance and 30–50% deposit.

  • Payments: Balance due ≥7 days before cruise; card fees waived when paying directly with us.

  • Cancellations: Supplier penalties may apply. If the operator cancels due to force majeure, refunds are full (pre-departure) or partial (in-progress).

  • Changes: If a confirmed service is unavailable, we’ll offer an equal-value alternative or new date; if neither works, the deposit for that service is refunded.

  • Cabins: Allocation per availability; special requests noted but not guaranteed.
