Cruise Policy

  • Check-in/Embarkation: Operated by Indochine Sails; boarding times and piers may vary by date. Follow the pre-cruise email for your exact check-in time and pier.

  • Safety & Insurance: All guests are covered by the cruise’s onboard insurance (within Vietnamese maritime regulations). Safety briefings are provided at embarkation.

  • Wellness & Dietary needs: Notify dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies, halal request, etc.) at booking or at least 6 weeks before sailing so the team can accommodate.

  • Excursions: Kayak/bamboo-boat, cave walks, and village visits are guided and optional. Some excursions may be rescheduled or replaced due to weather, tides, or port authority instructions to ensure safety and comfort. (Operator’s discretion.)

  • Internet: Shipboard Wi-Fi depends on cellular signal and can be intermittent in remote coves.

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Secured after itinerary acceptance and 30–50% deposit.

  • Payments: Balance due ≥7 days before cruise; card fees waived when paying directly with us.

  • Cancellations: Supplier penalties may apply. If the operator cancels due to force majeure, refunds are full (pre-departure) or partial (in-progress).

  • Changes: If a confirmed service is unavailable, we’ll offer an equal-value alternative or new date; if neither works, the deposit for that service is refunded.

  • Cabins: Allocation per availability; special requests noted but not guaranteed.
