  • Documents: Valid passport/ID required for overnight registration with the port authority.

  • Program changes: Itineraries, activities, and dining venues (e.g., sundeck dinner) may adjust due to weather, tides, or maritime directives; Wi-Fi connectivity can be intermittent in the bay.

  • Dietaries & celebrations: Advise in advance for vegetarian/vegan menus or special setups (anniversaries, birthdays).

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Secured after itinerary acceptance and 30–50% deposit.

  • Payments: Balance due ≥7 days before cruise; card fees waived when paying directly with us.

  • Cancellations: Supplier penalties may apply. If the operator cancels due to force majeure, refunds are full (pre-departure) or partial (in-progress).

  • Changes: If a confirmed service is unavailable, we’ll offer an equal-value alternative or new date; if neither works, the deposit for that service is refunded.
