  • Documents: Passport/valid ID required for boarding.

  • Dietary needs: Advise at booking; the galley prepares set menus daily and can only adjust with advance notice.

  • Activities: All listed are optional; guests may relax onboard if preferred. Delays may reduce access to registered sightseeing slots.

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Secured after itinerary acceptance and 30–50% deposit.

  • Payments: Balance due ≥7 days before cruise; card fees waived when paying directly with us.

  • Cancellations: Supplier penalties may apply. If the operator cancels due to force majeure, refunds are full (pre-departure) or partial (in-progress).

  • Changes: If a confirmed service is unavailable, we’ll offer an equal-value alternative or new date; if neither works, the deposit for that service is refunded.

  • Cabins: Allocation per availability; special requests noted but not guaranteed.
