Cruise Policy

  • Embarkation & timing: Tuan Chau lounge check-in typically 11:00–11:30; speedboat transfer to the ship ~11:45–12:00; brunch and disembarkation late morning on the final day. Exact timings vary by date, weather, and port orders.

  • Documents: Valid passport/ID required for overnight registration.

  • Program changes: Itinerary and activities may adjust due to weather/tides; all activities are optional.

  • Children: Usual guideline:

    • 0 - 4 years free on existing bedding

    • 5 - 11 years charged a child rate

    • From 12 years charged as adult.

    • Confirm surcharges and extra-bed availability at booking.

  • Changes: If a confirmed service is unavailable, we’ll offer an equal-value alternative or new date; if neither works, the deposit for that service is refunded.
